Chairman and President David Van Valkenburg has more than 30 years of experience managing cable telecommunications companies around the world and has been President of MultiVision Cable TV Corporation, Cablevision Industries, Paragon Communications (a MSO joint venture between Time Warner Cable and Houston Industries, Inc.), and Cox Cable Communications Inc Van Valkenburg is also Chairman of Balfour Associates, Inc., a company providing advisory services and counsel to CEOs, Boards of Directors, Senior Lenders, and private equity funds. Prior to Balfour, he served as the CEO and COO of TeleWest PLC, and Executive Vice President of MediaOne Group, Inc. (formerly part of USWest, Inc.), a leading regional RBOC with cable TV properties. He is a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of The Cable Center and a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors. Van Valkenburg also serves on the Boards of NASDAQ-traded Harmonic, Inc., Moscow CableCom Corporation, and MDSI, Inc., as well as several private corporations. He is a graduate of Malone College, University of Kansas, and Harvard University.
Vice President As the company’s vice president, Craig Bowie manages Zero Point Corporation's Microsoft Certified Partner relationship and has done so for more than a decade. A Microsoft Certified Professional since 1996, Bowie is currently a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) with 24 years of hands-on programming, technology support, and management experience. Prior to co-founding Zero Point, Craig Bowie served nine years as the Director for Professional Services of Venturi Technology Partners and was a Store Manager for Egghead Discount Software an additional seven years.
Vice President Chadwick (Chad) Van Valkenburg is responsible for our technician and engineer service delivery to clients in the greater metro Denver area. Prior to Zero Point, he worked at Venturi Partners as a Senior Systems Engineer. Van Valkenburg has more than nine years of IT consulting experience, managing a clients from large industry (US West’s Financial Department, Great West Life) to burgeoning small- and mid-size businesses (John Powell and Balfour Associates, Inc. ). He has been a Microsoft Certified Professional since 2001 and is currently a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).
